Who I am
I am Stephanie Campbell, and I trade as Campbell Maths Tuition. I'm a sole trader, and I am responsible for any personal information you send me through this website. You can reach me at stephanie@campbellmathstuition.com. My ICO registration number is ZB882661.

What this website collects
This website does not use cookies or analytics, apart from what is technically necessary to show you the pages. The only thing this site collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, your child's year group and subject, and whatever else you choose to write in the message box. Please do not put health or medical details in the form. If they matter, we can talk about them once we are in touch. You do not have to fill in the form, but I cannot reply without your name and email address.

Why I collect it
To reply to your enquiry and to talk through whether we are a good fit. That is the only use. I do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask me to. I use your details because it is in my legitimate interests to respond to enquiries about my tuition, and because you have asked me to get in touch about it. You can object to this at any time (see "Your Rights").

Who sees it
Framer, which hosts this website, stores the form submissions. They reach me by email through Microsoft Outlook. I do not sell your information and I do not share it with anyone else. Framer (a Dutch company) and Microsoft Outlook may process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, they rely on UK-approved safeguards. For Framer, this means UK adequacy regulations or standard clauses with the UK addendum. For Microsoft, it means the UK Extension to the Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. You can ask me for more details about these safeguards.

How long I keep it
If an enquiry does not lead to tuition, I delete it after 12 months. If your child becomes a student, I will send you a separate Terms and Conditions document covering lessons, recordings, progress reports and messages.

Your rights
You have the right to:

  • see the information I hold about you

  • have it corrected or deleted

  • ask me to limit how I use it

You have the right to object to me using your information. If you do, I will stop unless I have a compelling reason not to.

Email me at stephanie@campbellmathstuition.com and I will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how I have handled something, please tell me first at stephanie@campbellmathstuition.com. I will acknowledge your complaint within 30-days, look into it, and let you know the outcome. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Children
This website is written for parents (18+). If your child fills in the form, I will delete their message and ask a parent to get in touch.

Changes
If I change this policy, the new version goes on this page with a new date at the top.
